Issued me a refund for reduced import fee..
Back in Novemeber I bought a pair of boots on Amazon. Cool, right? Boots!
Got an email today from Amazon, I'll assume from Jeff Bezos himself, saying they are refunding me almost $20; "Import Fee Deposit Refund".
Cool, right? Would I have ever known otherwise? Nope. Could they have pocketed it? Yup.
Amazon, you're alright.

Happened twice to me, already. Those guys are great. Too bad so few things are available for international shipping.

I think Amazon has tossed back around 500 in import fee reductions in 2013 for me.
Another Amazon piece of awesomeness. I had 3 shipments 'lost' by UPS entirely. Lost to UPS = its somewhere in the system, but don't trust tracking because that shit is broken.
3 shipments in a single order too, so I was very pissed that everything I ordered was not here, was missing, and I had to go in store and get these things for higher prices if i didn't feel patient enough.
Amazon refunded me the shipping and then told me to wait two days for it to arrive (I guess its their upper limit for delayed/late express shipments) and after 4 days they refunded the entire order. Said shipment actually arrived 3 days after that. I told Amazon the things had finally come and I'm prepared to ship them back to Amazon cause I was refunded. Amazon said nope, keep them and don't worry about it.
Yea, Amazon knows how to keep people coming back for more.
